I’m the pastor’s pastor.

No more masked ministry, I am over it and I am sure you are too, that’s why you found me.

I’M THE PASTOR’S PASTOR. YES, EVERY PASTOR NEEDS A PASTOR.

You deserve more. That’s what I had to tell myself. Yes, we go to seminary and the idea is that you have all your questions answered and you are ready to go, but reality hits. The next couple of years are filled with learning getting it wrong and growing in yourself and in God. That’s the tricky part. Being a woman and doing them both at the same time.

Over the past forty years, I  have been through it all. I have led congregations, preached at over 216 funerals, and assisted in dozens more … spoken in front of thousands of people. I’ve done live worship on radio and TV long before COVID and have been let go of from a congregation at the height of my game.

Today as I run my own company, and teach other women how to have a meaningful and inspiring ministry, I am clear that I know one thing for sure, It gets better. With help. You need help. You want help.

Getting help with my entire game has been the backbone to me building a life that I love and me winning today. The truth is, I am winning today. I have never felt so surrounded by God, happy about my current state, and thrilled to wake up every morning as I navigate ministry and my wildest dreams – all the same day through this one vessel.

I want the same for every woman in ministry. Every single woman! I want each one to experience the freedom that I have. It’s unmasked and it’s real. I love it. I love my life, I live on purpose and I want the same for every woman leading in ministry around the globe.

There is another level to ministry, and I want us to find it. Together.
